My name is Karla Ruiz Cabrera, I am a Mexican with a Canadian heart. After finishing my university studies, I worked for the Canadian Embassy in Mexico in the Communication and Culture Department. This stage of my life allowed me to forge professional relationships with Canadians, Spaniards, and Americans, and this has had a decisive influence on the distinctive international stamp of my real estate company.

I have been a real estate advisor for over 10 years and currently I am the owner and Director of Tierra Bienes Raíces Querétaro TBRQRO (tbrqo.com), certified by the SDUOP (Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano). I started my career as an advisor at the first Coldwell Banker agency in Querétaro, where I carried out the subdivision of a very important estate, from which I sold a portion to an American company and leased another portion for 20 years to another US-based company. It was there where I understood the complexity and delicacy of an international real estate operation.

Twice, in 2019 and 2022, I was nominated for "Woman of the Year" at the Vivanuncios Awards, ranking among the top 20 real estate advisors in the country, as I was the first Mexican to put a 152-hectare property located in Puerto Vallarta up for sale in Canada, through an alliance with one of the best Canadian brokers, Beatrice Baudinet. Likewise, my allies in the United States and Spain have allowed me to enter the high-end real estate market. Currently, I am a member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce (CanCham) and I am also part of its Inclusion and Women in Business Committee.

My work and experience have allowed me to be one of the two brokers in Mexico for one of the most important bonders in Latin America. I have the best teams in the country, all highly recognized at the national and international level: professionals including lawyers, architects, engineers, investment project experts, investment funds and international advisors. Our job is to accompany the client in all the steps involved in buying or renting a property: filtering, visits, documentation research, negotiation...etc. In this way, a "personal shopper" is hired by and works for the buying client.
